One of the hardiest cycads around the Sago 'Palm' brings a tropical look to any garden. Particularly popular in modern, inner city gardens this is a reliable plant that has been around since the time of the dinosaurs.

Form and size
Solitary, often suckering with age. Eventually to over 3m but taking many years to reach such a height.
Preferred habitat
Outdoors in semi-shaded position. Grows well in most coastal and temperate areas of New Zealand.
